Wresting through something challenging can be a really lonely experience. I wrote an Autobiography sharing my behind-the-scene moments and memory snippets of my journey back to another me, because I wanted to have others feel less alone. Have others feel heard.

I wish to bring awareness and raise funds with the sales from this book, to assist stroke survivors in any way my capacity allows. Too many people are suffering in silence. Too few are aware. I believe this can be changed. My book is for a cause deemed worthy of trying.

This, is the story of how rock bottom, became my trampoline.
